Requirements:

  • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred, but training available for unlicensed candidates).

  • Strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and a high level of integrity.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Coachable and open to continuous learning.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual earnings potential: $80,000 – $350,000 (commission-based with no earnings cap).
