The School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University seeks volunteer judges for the Annual Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. Qualifications:

Art Judges
For judging the art, we ask that you be available for two of the following days (morning and often early afternoon): January 12, 13, and 14. Judging panels will meet via Zoom, so participants will need access to a computer with a stable internet connection. We encourage those interested in applying to be an art judge who have a strong background in the visual arts. Jurors are often artists, art educators, graphic designers, museum employees, etc.

Writing Judges
For judging the writing, we ask that you have access to a computer and the internet from December 8th to January 14th and can commit to working independently for 10-12 hours on reading and scoring the entries. We encourage those interested in applying to be a writing judge to have a strong background in language arts. Jurors are often teachers, editors, copywriters, technical writers, etc.
