Description:
As a Senior Backend Engineer focusing on SEO in TikTok's User Growth team, you will:
- Design and build scalable SEO backend systems to support the content growth flywheel on the TikTok ecosystem.
- Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and extensibility of the product.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development.
- Work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and PMs to evaluate and iterate SEO products to achieve business impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms
- Experiences in designing and developing large-scale backend systems, and making informed trade-off decisions in various business environments
- Experience in building large data processing pipelines.
- Proficient with data analytics languages and tools such as SQL, Spark, Apache, Flink, etc.
