Key Role

Analyze the client integration office’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools, and present findings and recommendations. Facilitate discussions with Leadership and warfighting architecture stakeholders to help refine the client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and developed research posting models to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business process re-engineering
• 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies
• 2+ years of experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs
• Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
