Senior Business Systems Analyst

Description:

As a Starbucks senior business systems analyst, you will be accountable for the success of the administrative system support and user support for the Finance organization. This includes:

• Support the financial systems for Oracle, Anaplan and Hyperion applications
• Possess accounting and finance knowledge and work closely with those business teams to provide training and system guidance
• Analyze current processes and systems to make improvement recommendations
• Gather and document business requirements
• Partner with Starbucks Technology organization to champion for system enhancements

We’d love to hear from people with:

• 5 years of experience in end-user support and training
• 5 years of experience in systems support
• Preferred experience for Oracle, Hyperion, DRM, Smart View and Anaplan
• Demonstrated passion for data cleanliness, automated integrations, and process improvements
