As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in Circle’s Finance Systems team, helping design and implement scalable finance systems that support the company’s growth and international expansion. You will collaborate directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation, automation, and process optimization across Oracle ERP and other finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Oracle Financials implementation, guiding the team on design decisions.

• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to implement new features within Oracle EPM and other finance systems.

• Align cross-functional stakeholders for solution design and ensure seamless adoption.

• Document and manage testing, approvals, and change management for system updates.

• Support finance teams with data and system outputs for internal and SOX audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.

• Experience implementing and supporting EPM systems such as Oracle EPM Suite (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all organizational levels.

• Excellent change management skills and ability to lead teams through change.

• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, skilled multi-tasker, and problem-solver.

• Self-motivated, attentive, and committed to follow-through.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

• Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $102500—$137500 per year, determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs.

• Total compensation includes consideration of multiple factors, tailored to location and candidate profile.
