Senior Financial Controller

Description:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

· Manage the day-to-day and overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Controller, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Cost Accounting Personnel.

· Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

· Additional responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance reviews, and addressing complaints and resolving problems for all direct and indirect reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university. BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting strongly preferred.

· A least 8 years of related accounting experience in a manufacturing company. Cannabis or Agricultural Company experience is a plus.

· CPA or CMA is preferred.
