Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Terran Orbital seeks a motivated and well-rounded Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will work with a multidisciplinary team to help accomplish all financial reporting tasks, particularly SEC reporting, and assist with technical accounting considerations as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file quarterly and annual reports on forms 10-Q and 10-K with the SEC
• Prepare internal financial reporting packages for senior management
• Research and analyze new accounting and financial reporting standards (GAAP, SEC, etc.)
• Prepare technical analysis on accounting topics as required by Management
• Support the investor relations, corporate development, and accounting teams as needed
• Assist with the preparation of the statement of cash flows, consolidations, and other accounting and finance-related functions, as needed

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Degree
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules required. CPA licensure preferred
• 3+ years of work experience in internal/external financial reporting experience, and, or significant public accounting firm experience required
• Excellent analytical, accounting and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
