Senior Lender

JCW is recruiting for a Senior Lender to join a rapidly growing commercial bank in Manhattan. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in sourcing Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients and looking to grow within an established institution. The role focuses on developing relationships and originating loan transactions, providing a platform for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Originate New Loans: Source and originate new loan transactions through cold-calling and Centers of Influence (COIs).

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional and positive relationships with C&I and Middle Market clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term business connections.

• Credit Culture Adherence: Develop a thorough understanding of the bank’s credit culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of business development experience within a bank.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of C&I transactions.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters or CFA preferred.
