The Senior Manager will be responsible for buy- and sell-side quality of earnings (QofE) work and will serve clients across a range of industries. This is an ideal role for individuals ready to take the next step in their career, especially those on a Partner track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transaction advisory engagements focused on quality of earnings analysis

• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions

• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-value insights

• Guide and mentor junior staff and participate in strategic firm initiatives

• Help drive business development and client relationship management

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license is mandatory

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in buy- and sell-side QofE work

• Proven expertise in transaction advisory services and financial due diligence

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
