Senior Mep Project Manager

Description:

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of large-scale commercial construction projects. This leadership position involves managing complex MEP systems from planning to project completion, ensuring that work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and adheres to high-quality and safety standards.

The role requires strategic planning, strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors, and effective team management to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within commercial building designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP project teams for successful project execution.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for MEP system integration.

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Oversee procurement processes for MEP materials and services.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

• Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure all MEP work aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of MEP project management experience in the commercial construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in building projects.

• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
