CyberCoders is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee the construction and renovation of grocery retail locations in San Francisco, CA. The Superintendent will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality and safety. This role involves close coordination with project managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and store stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple grocery store construction projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet design specifications.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes and safety regulations.

• Monitor project progress and budgets, providing regular updates to management.

• Lead on-site teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and adherence to project timelines.

• Resolve issues or conflicts promptly during the construction process.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years as a Superintendent in construction, preferably in grocery/retail projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Experience with major grocery retailers such as Whole Foods, Albertsons, Ralphs, Vons, Trader Joe’s, etc.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Familiarity with commercial construction practices and materials.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
