Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee renewable energy projects from preconstruction through commissioning and final closeout. Supported by one of the world’s largest infrastructure investment firms, the organization continues to grow its portfolio across solar, battery energy storage, and emerging energy technologies. Responsibilities

• Manage solar and BESS projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee EPC contractors, schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Support constructability reviews, site evaluations, and project planning.
• Monitor construction progress, safety, quality, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate permitting, utilities, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead coordination with contractors, developers, and internal teams.
• Support commissioning, punch lists, warranties, and turnover.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial or utility-scale solar; relevant adjacent industries will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Experience managing projects through construction and COD.
• Knowledge of EPC execution, permitting, interconnection, and construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.
• PMP and/or NABCEP is a plus.
