Senior Property Accountant

We are working with a well-established, privately held real estate investment and property management firm that has been a leader in multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use development across the DMV. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the day-to-day accounting for a portfolio 7+ properties.

Keys to Hire

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a U.S. institution
• 5+ years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Yardi or MRI software

• Ability to pass a property accounting assessment
