Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of quantum principles, hardware system architecture, and their real-world applications

• Proven record of delivering high-performance and scalable design solutions

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hybrid quantum systems or photonic/trapped-ion technologies

• Familiarity with aerospace applications or scientific quantum simulations

• Prior involvement in patent filing or intellectual property initiatives
