Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and year-end ASC 740 tax provision process
• Prepare C-Corp and partnership tax compliance
• Assist with tax research and ad-hoc tax projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
• ASC 740 experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
