Shared Services Manager

Top Tier Resources has been exclusively retained to recruit a Shared Services Manager for a high-growth client organization in Rockledge, Florida. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing Accounts Receivable (A/R), Billing, and Collections operations while driving automation and process improvement across shared services functions.

As the Shared Services Manager, you will lead a team of billing specialists, collectors, and A/R professionals while ensuring strong internal controls, accurate financial forecasting, and efficient customer billing operations. The successful candidate will have extensive shared services experience, excellent team management skills, and a strong command of financial systems and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Billing and A/R functions including credit risk management and customer billing via online portals.

• Manage collections and ensure timely cash applications across customer accounts.

• Drive automation and implement system improvements to streamline billing and AR processes.

• Monitor cash flow related to A/R and deliver timely forecasts to senior leadership.

• Maintain and enhance internal controls across all shared services functions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in shared services with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in building, managing, and mentoring successful teams.

• Expertise in ERP systems and familiarity with project management best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
