PLS Financial Services, Inc., a leading provider of convenient financial solutions, is hiring a Shift Supervisor for their Bronx, NY location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting daily operations, leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and ensuring top-tier service delivery to customers. The company prides itself on transparency, convenience, and affordability in financial services, operating over 200 centers across 12 states.

The Shift Supervisor plays a dual role—providing exceptional service to customers and supporting store management. This includes handling transactions, overseeing compliance with regulations, approving checks within limits, managing store audits, resolving customer issues, and supervising staff in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage tasks in a high-traffic retail environment.

Candidates should be flexible with scheduling, capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and able to manage multiple priorities. English fluency is required; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
