Software Development Manager

Description:

• We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Development Manager where you'll take charge of a team of 20 professionals, encompassing roles such as architects, quality assurance experts, data analysts, AI specialists, administrators, procurement professionals, product owners, and more. Together, you'll collaborate on the development of extensive customer-facing systems.
• Your role extends to being the technical leader responsible for supervising software development code, offering guidance, and conducting code reviews to ensure the implementation aligns with high-quality standards and architectural principles

  Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality solutions by engaging in application development and employing robust architectural design principles.
• Conduct in-depth technical research, sometimes addressing complex challenges, to create solutions and prototypes.
• Provide recommendations grounded in data analysis, technical assessments, and system evaluations, proposing innovative approaches to address member and business-related issues.
• Additionally, implement and release production-ready solutions for member utilization
• Prepared to compose a large number of technical documentation, reports, and diagrams.
