Solution Architect

Description:

Econosoft Inc. is hiring for a Solution Architect with expertise in SAP, GIS, and utility engineering to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly with asset and work management, SAP EAM, GIS, cloud computing, and engineering tools. This role requires strong technical and project implementation skills, as well as the ability to resolve technical issues in various support areas including cybersecurity and database administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management & Work Management: Leverage experience with utility asset management, work management, and SAP EAM to design and implement solutions.

• GIS Experience: Work with ESRI GIS products to design and implement geospatial solutions in utility environments.

• Cloud Computing: Implement solutions using cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure.

• Engineering Tools: Utilize electric engineering tools (e.g., CAD and Design tools) in conjunction with utility management systems.

• Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of SAP-based solutions, including modules such as SAP WM, EAM, PM, MM, and/or PP.

• Cybersecurity & Middleware: Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues with cybersecurity, middleware, and database administration.

• Joint Pole Assets: Work with joint pole assets, related activities, and technologies to ensure effective project implementation.

• Estimating: Use estimating tools (e.g., EES) to evaluate project costs and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of solution architecture and project implementation experience, with a focus on SAP EAM, PM, MM, and PP modules.

• Expertise in Solution Architecture: Extensive knowledge of solution architecture processes, concepts, and best practices.

• SAP SaaS Applications: Experience with SAP SaaS applications such as Ariba, HANA, SuccessFactors, and others.

• GIS Experience: Strong experience working with ESRI products and GIS systems for utilities.

• Cloud Computing: Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.

• Engineering Tools: Familiarity with electric engineering tools, CAD, and design technologies.

• Estimating & Estimating Tools: Knowledge of estimating and estimating tools, including EES.

• Cybersecurity & Middleware: Experience resolving technical issues related to cybersecurity, middleware, and database administration.
