ASML, a global leader in advanced semiconductor systems, is hiring a Tactical Buyer to join its growing Supplier Operations team in San Diego, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage operational procurement processes for multiple suppliers.

• Oversee and prepare for supplier negotiations, including spend analysis and stakeholder coordination.

• Ensure the timely and accurate availability of materials within defined parameters.

• Handle daily supplier communications, maintaining transparency and efficiency.

• Perform supplier maintenance, invoice review, and resolution of procurement-related issues.

• Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) in collaboration with Sourcing Leads.

• Work closely with Sourcing Leads to ensure tactical supplier performance and cost efficiency.

• Contribute to dual sourcing strategies and data integrity through master data control.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements independently.

• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-changing and collaborative environment.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) at the San Diego, CA campus

• Routine sitting, walking, data analysis, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs

• May require occasional travel

• Moderate noise and temperature-controlled workspace

• Access to controlled technology requires legal authorization as per U.S. Export Regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $28.49–47.48 (Monthly: ~$4,935–8,231 based on 40-hour weeks)
