Drive Talent initiatives to attract, develop and retain employees in our high performing culture. In this role, you will lead a diverse global team in the areas of Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, DE&I and HR Operations. This is a strategic role that will lead the thought process as we continue to grow both organically and thru often large-scale acquisitions. We are looking for a leader who think outside the box and can set a vision and course of how we can thrive as we continue to grow.

What you will do is:

• Develop and Execute on a Global strategy for the Talent Center of Excellence
• Lead a global team of dedicated and talented professional that are committed to ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
• Ensure programs are designed and developed to meet short term and are scalable to meet the future needs of the organization.
• Drive the continued implementation and enhancement of Workday through the organization.
• As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will help develop and drive the HR strategy.

What will you bring to the team, along with your drive for excellence:

• Experience as a change agent with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate a strategy and vision, align people and process and drive execution to achieve the desired results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience) with 15 years of experience in progressively more responsible HR leadership roles.
• 10+ years of experience in a global Human Resources Business Partner role preferred.
• A global mindset and evidence of leading and being successful in a global organization.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions with deliver a ROI.
• Experience working in a complex highly matrixed organization.
• Experience working on M&A activity.
