Responsibilities:

• Preparation of work papers, financial statements, and various tax returns
• Independent workload management
• Customer service and account profitability
• Networking to expand the client base

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in accounting and tax return preparation
• Proficiency in Creative Solutions (UltraTax, CSA, Accounting CS), QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Expertise in compilation engagements and efficient preparation of business and personal tax returns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proven ability to interact effectively with business owners and employees
• Strong knowledge of both corporate and personal tax issues
