Tax Manager

Description:

We are recruiting for a Tax Manager at a rapidly growing CPA firm in downtown Chicago. This firm offers integrated solutions in audit, legal, tax, and business consulting and boasts double-digit growth every year. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with international clients and join a leadership team dedicated to growth and development. This position provides exposure to various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology, and fashion, with an emphasis on international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise client engagements and help in the training, development, and mentoring of personnel.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.

• Assess and prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns.

• Evaluate and generate income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740.

• Conduct tax research and provide consultation on state, local, domestic, and international issues.
