We are seeking a PMO for the TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions team. This role is focused on Global to regional support. You will be involved in close collaboration with the Business Operations team in a dynamic global environment. Ability to be a strategic thinker, resourceful and adept at problem solving. Ideal candidates should have experience with building out Project Management best practices (end-to-end) with the ability to think and execute big picture while developing a thorough understanding of strategy to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects on a global scale, working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plans, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations;
• Identify potential problems using data and seek solutions, ensure businesses run smoothly and meet expectations;
• Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions, develop business SOPs and rules for teams to follow, ensuring projects’ efficiency and compliance;
• Develop and maintain mechanisms for team culture and moral building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years' working experience in leading tech or international companies. Working experience in project management or overseas experience is a plus;
• Business Mandarin speaking fluency
• An excellent communicator and a team player. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally;
• Self-motivated and highly skilled at guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders towards an outcome. Strong organizational skills and ability to improve team work efficiency;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
