Transactional Real Estate Attorney

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join a lifestyle-oriented boutique firm in Los Angeles County. The firm represents high-net-worth family offices and institutional clients in large-scale real estate transactions, offering a sophisticated, entrepreneurial, and collegial work environment. The role provides significant autonomy, high-value work, and exposure to resilient asset classes such as hospitality, industrial, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of complex real estate transactions from start to finish.

• Collaborate on joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and structuring sophisticated deals.

• Serve as outside general counsel to luxury hospitality brands and institutional clients.

• Draft, negotiate, and review purchase/sale agreements, lease agreements, finance documents, and JV structures.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, bringing strong prior experience to the table.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $450000–$500000 (higher for exceptional candidates)

• Billable expectations: 1750–1850 hours for associates; 1500–1700 for senior associates

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of transactional real estate experience

• Strong experience with joint ventures, leasing, and financing

• Big firm training preferred

• Ability to work independently and handle complex deals without significant supervision

• Stable employment history (no more than 4–5 firms in the past decade)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to high-net-worth and institutional clients

• Experience in luxury hospitality, industrial, or renewable energy sectors

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in deal investment and participation
