Role Overview:
The UGC Placement Specialist will place music across mainstream influencer verticals such as dance, makeup, lifestyle, fitness, comedy, couples, food, reaction, and everyday creators. Responsibilities include identifying creators, negotiating placements, and optimizing content performance on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The role is remote and part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and pitch UGC creators in high-performing mainstream categories including:
Beauty / makeup
Dance / choreography
Fitness / gym culture
Couples / pranks / vlogs
Food / recipes / lifestyle
Comedy / reaction / meme content
Coordinate and track influencer posts across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Monitor performance metrics, cost-efficiency, and downstream engagement.
Collaborate with internal marketing and A&R teams to ensure placements align with active campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, spending, and results.
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts ecosystems.
Strong network of content creators or talent managers in relevant verticals.
Insight into how music trends and algorithmic loops operate.
Skilled at negotiating and communicating with creators.
Data-driven mindset with obsession for performance metrics and creator culture.
