Americas Regional Sales & Business Development Leader

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct proactive business development aligned with the General Industries segment strategy in countries within the Americas region where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring profitable business growth and sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the growth of the General Industries segment within BL Industries in Americas Region.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
 

  • Ensuring the strategies and business plans are aligned with the overall segment strategy to achieve defined targets.
  • Delivering Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for existing products as well as new product launches in collaboration with the Sales & Portfolio functions and ensuring their achievement.
  • Overseeing the implementation of activities for agreed cross-country, cross-segment, and relevant Global Solution Centre initiatives

     

Qualifications For The Role
 

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development, preferably within the Industrial Robotic Automation market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across multiple countries or clusters within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Solid experience in managing a multi-channel sales approach for standard products and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into concrete actions that drive sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across regions, functions, and with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
