Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Engage in both litigation and transactional real estate matters

• Draft and respond to initial pleadings and various motions (including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment)

• Conduct legal research, investigations, and document drafting

• Participate in depositions and courtroom proceedings

• Learn and assist with real estate transactions under expert guidance

Requirements:

• Must be barred in Connecticut (CT)

• Strong legal writing, research, and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to handle trial preparation and court filings

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in transactional real estate law
