A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Construction Associate Attorney to join their growing construction group. This opportunity involves both front-end transactional work and litigation, providing exposure to high-profile clients and sophisticated matters in construction law. Responsibilities:

• Manage and support construction litigation and arbitration matters.

• Draft and negotiate complex construction contracts with subcontractors and developers.

• Collaborate with lead partner and other associates on national matters.

• Receive mentorship from experienced attorneys in Cincinnati and St. Louis.

• Balance a hybrid role between litigation and transactional work based on your background and career goals.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: Up to $200K, with no ceiling for the right candidate.

• Bonus structure: Auto bonus for exceeding billables, discretionary bonuses, and origination credit.

• Billables: 1,700–1,800 target with support.
