Key Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in complex personal injury cases, including transportation, premises liability, and product liability litigation.

• Handle all phases of litigation from initial pleadings and discovery to motions, trials, and appeals in state and federal courts.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

• Build and strengthen client relationships while growing a personal practice through referrals and firm reputation.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on high-exposure cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.

• 5–10 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation.

• Strong oral advocacy, research, and legal writing skills.

• Ability to manage complex litigation independently and collaboratively.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
