👩 ⚖️ The Role: Commercial Litigation Associate

You’ll work directly with top-tier litigators and partners, including a nationally recognized rainmaker. The caseload includes complex commercial litigation—mostly construction and real estate-related disputes—with the occasional executive defense matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general commercial litigation, with real-time input from senior attorneys

• Litigate a range of business, construction, and real estate disputes

• Support case strategy and execution for high-profile matters

📍 Location: Dallas - Hybrid

💰 Salary: Up to $190k base + bonus + full benefits
