A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of real estate law experience to join its dynamic and well-established Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of sophisticated real estate matters for an impressive client base.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial leasing experience and the ability to handle complex transactions with a high degree of independence and professionalism.

About the Practice

The firm’s Real Estate group spans the full breadth of the industry. Attorneys regularly represent landlords, purchasers, developers, and investors in strong market conditions, while also advising distressed tenants and financial institutions on workouts and restructuring matters during challenging markets. This breadth of work provides associates with exposure to a wide variety of transactions and the opportunity to develop into well-rounded real estate practitioners.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• 4–7 years of real estate law experience
• Significant leasing experience (required)
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Admission to the New York Bar (a plus)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients
