Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before planning and zoning boards and other governmental agencies in land use matters.

• Provide counsel and legal advice on zoning regulations, property development, and land use applications.

• Work on affordable housing/Mt. Laurel cases as needed.

• Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality legal services and effective representation.

• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize on complex land use cases.

Qualifications:

• 5-15 years of experience in land use law.

• Strong experience in representing applicants before planning and zoning boards and other governmental agencies.

• Experience with affordable housing/Mt. Laurel is a plus.

• Superior academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a determination to achieve objectives.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $140,000 - $175,000 (excluding discretionary bonus).
