We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage/Defense Associate to join its high-performing litigation team based in Holmdel, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals ready to lead complex insurance disputes, craft litigation strategy, and deliver exceptional results for high-profile insurance clients.

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of multimillion-dollar disputes, working with autonomy while being supported by nationally recognized mentors. The firm has a track record of winning landmark cases, including a $10M subrogation recovery, and is trusted by elite insurance companies such as Chubb and Liberty Mutual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage insurance coverage litigation exceeding $25M

• Draft briefs, motions, and legal opinions for courts in NY and NJ

• Conduct policy analysis and advise on coverage and bad faith claims

• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials

• Collaborate within a close-knit team of Super Lawyers-recognized attorneys

• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent performance and results

Work Environment & Culture:

• Hybrid work schedule: 3–4 days in Holmdel office, 1–2 days from home

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Deep familiarity with insurance litigation in New Jersey and New York

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities

• Confidence in independent case management and courtroom presence

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to mentor or be mentored

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in NJ and/or NY
