A leading global supplier of aircraft spare parts and engines to commercial airlines is seeking an experienced and passionate Aviation Sales Director to manage and grow sales operations for one of its supported aviation platforms. The company is known for delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients worldwide and is looking for a strategic leader to contribute to its continued growth and success.
The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing daily customer requirements, delivering exceptional service, and developing new business opportunities to expand market reach. The role includes analyzing sales statistics to guide policy-making and offering strategic input to regional business development managers. Additionally, the Director will manage inventory levels for the product line and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in airline sales or purchasing, particularly with rotables, LRUs, or engines. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and motivational skills, along with a meticulous and organized approach to sales leadership. Strong relationship-building and strategic partnership development are essential.
