**What You'll Do:**

As a Branch Manager at our soon-to-open South Dallas office, you'll be the driving force behind our growth and success in the region. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and leading a team of recruiters and support staff.

- Setting and achieving branch performance goals and targets.

- Developing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth.

- Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from candidate sourcing to placement.

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Providing mentorship and training to team members.

- Collaborating with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in staffing or recruitment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices.
