We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive in the Auto Transport Sales Department to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should have a strong sales background with knowledge and experience in the auto transport industry. As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating maximum revenue potential in a variety of markets and territories while collaborating with sales representatives on individual market initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a driven, strategic professional with experience and perspective in business intelligence, data management, brand strategy, market research, and consumer engagement and insight. A proven leader with a track record of helping companies develop and grow their business through performance innovation, peer relationships, and driving results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, logistics, or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience with workflow automation and business process management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Challenger sales experience preferred.
• Data analytics and sales coaching experience.
• Knowledge of the auto transport sales industry.
