This is a part-time on-site role as Chief Executive Officer at Tealdragon.org. The role is located in Stamford, CT.

Core Responsibilities

- Business Development & Strategy: Lead the next phase of scaling operations nationally and internationally

- Team Leadership: Manage and support a growing team of attunement specialists, program directors, and support staff

- Marketing & Outreach: Build brand awareness, manage marketing teams, expand digital presence, and lead campaign strategy

- Partnerships & Growth: Identify and foster partnerships with healthcare systems, schools, and community organizations

- Fundraising: Lead investment rounds, grant applications, and financial strategy to support sustainable growth

- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, effective program delivery, and long-term strategic planning

  • Finance, Operations Management, and Business Planning skills
  • Sales and Strategic Planning skills
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
