Civil Estimator

Description:

CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled Civil Estimator/Project Manager to oversee the cost estimation, project planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects. The role involves working on earthwork, land development, underground utilities, and roadway construction projects with a focus on precision, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil projects.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

• Oversee project execution, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Review project plans and specifications to identify key requirements and potential challenges.

• Conduct on-site inspections to gather relevant data for estimates and project planning.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Utilize advanced software tools including AGTEK, HCSS, HeavyBid, Procore, and Bluebeam for project management and estimating tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction estimation and project management.

• Expertise in estimating software (AGTEK, HCSS, HeavyBid).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam.

• Strong technical knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, and roadway construction practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
