You will defend clients in civil litigation cases involving personal injury defense (auto, homeowners, liability, and park district consortiums). Responsibilities include managing cases independently, drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and effectively communicating strategies with clients. The position also emphasizes alternative dispute resolution through mediation, ensuring efficient case resolution.
