We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a prestigious, award-winning Chicago boutique law firm. The firm combines big-firm-quality legal work with a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, focusing on sophisticated disputes for entrepreneurial, family-owned, and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, federal tax controversies, shareholder and corporate disputes, restrictive covenants, product liability, regulatory issues, and eminent domain cases.

• Manage specialty litigation matters such as ARDC defense, FCPA allegations, SEC/accounting fraud, and malpractice/personal injury cases.

• Provide client-centered counsel with clear communication, supported by senior attorneys with MBAs/CPAs.

• Participate in courtroom proceedings and develop strong analytical and litigation strategies.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation.

• Strong analytical, research, and courtroom skills.

• Experience in bankruptcy or creditors’ rights is a plus.
