Description:
Aerial Patrol is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Helicopter Pilot to join our team. The role involves operating helicopters safely and efficiently for a variety of services, including aerial inspection patrols of transmission power lines, gas pipelines, and associated easements. You will also contribute to aerial photography and videography, infrared surveys, LiDAR/LDAR surveys, and construction support. As an FAA-approved Part 135 helicopter charter company, we uphold an outstanding safety record. Safely and efficiently operate helicopters in accordance with all applicable regulations and procedures.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft.
Maintain accurate flight logs and records.
Effectively communicate with air traffic control, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to the safety and success of all operations.
Required:
Current and valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with helicopter rating.
Current and valid FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
Minimum of 1,000 total helicopter Pilot in Command (PIC) flight hours.
Minimum of 500 turbine helicopter flight hours.
Ability to travel for temporary operations outside of the local area.
Strong communication, decision-making, and professionalism.
Commitment to safety and high standards of professionalism.
Preferred:
Minimum of 1,500 total helicopter Pilot in Command (PIC) flight hours.
Bell 206B, 206L, and 505 pilot training/experience.
Helicopter instrument rating (IFR).
Night flying experience.
Helicopter CFI/CFII.
Current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane SEL rating.
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification.
