Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of complex business litigation matters from initiation through to resolution.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support effective case strategy.

• Prepare, draft, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring compliance with court standards.

• Represent clients in court during hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategies, manage litigation timelines, and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Participate in and contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives, supporting firm growth and client acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial or business litigation.

• Must be barred in the State of Georgia (GA) and in good standing.

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.

• Excellent courtroom presence and communication abilities.
