Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA – Four days per week in the office, with hybrid flexibility

Practice: Employment, Commercial and General Civil Litigation

The Role:

• Handle employment and commercial litigation matters.
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft persuasive briefs, motions and pleadings.
• Manage discovery and contribute to litigation strategy.
• Work directly with partners on case management and client advice.

Core Requirements:

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• Approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Previous private-practice law firm experience.
• Experience with hearings, depositions, discovery and substantive drafting.
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Stable employment history and interest in long-term development.
• Employment or commercial litigation experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
