As an Associate, you will work closely with senior attorneys on litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in civil litigation. You will also have the opportunity for continuous professional development through firm-sponsored training, networking events, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior figures with the drafting and discovery phases of the litigation process, ensuring the firm’s high standards and diligence are maintained.

• Take on significant roles in dispute resolution and litigation, gaining hands-on experience with multi-million dollar cases.

• Assist in high-profile, complex cases, which will significantly contribute to your professional growth.

• Engage in continuous professional development with opportunities to attend networking events, conferences, and gain further qualifications (licenses, courses).

• Work closely with high-profile attorneys to understand complex litigation strategies and grow within the legal field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.

• Proven ability to work in high-stakes environments and manage complex litigation.

• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $150,000
