Key Duties:
- Structure, negotiate, and close corporate and commercial transactions
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related contracts
- Advise clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and risk allocation
- Support related real estate and financing components of larger transactions
- Manage matters with meaningful independence while collaborating with firm leadership
Requirements:
- JD and active Georgia bar
- 6–12+ years of strong corporate or commercial transactional experience
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
