Construction Project Engineer

Engtal is actively seeking a qualified and ambitious Project Engineer to join top-tier construction projects based in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a dynamic opportunity to work on high-value construction projects such as a $245 million Miami Valley Behavioral Health facility, a general healthcare facility in Columbus, and a $100+ million sports venue at OSU.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and possess the ability to coordinate project operations effectively among various stakeholders including design teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, schedule tracking, and site inspections

• Collaborate with field personnel, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Maintain detailed project documentation and communications through Procore and Microsoft Office

• Assist in managing construction timelines, quality control, and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Procore and MS Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
