Digital Program Manager

Description:

US Tech Solutions is hiring a Digital Program Manager 2 for a 12-month contract based in Beaverton, Oregon, to lead and coordinate AI/ML foundational programs. This role is critical for supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and a product manager to deliver key AI/ML objectives while fostering an organized, collaborative, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on foundational AI/ML program goals.

• Develop, monitor, and manage program plans, dependencies, and project timelines.

• Ensure data assets and AI/ML models are discoverable and reusable across multiple initiatives.

• Track program performance, identify potential roadblocks, and drive resolution.

• Manage resource allocation across related projects.

• Conduct quality assurance to maintain high program standards.

• Lead risk management activities for the AI/ML program.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies and planning events.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in program management roles.

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with JIRA.

• Comfort and familiarity with AI/ML processes is preferred.

• Degree preferred but not required.

• Scrum certification is a plus.

• Experience in risk management is a bonus.

• Previous experience with client-facing roles is advantageous.
