Director Of Loyalty Strategy & Execution

PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology solutions supporting over 100,000 restaurants worldwide, is seeking a Director of Loyalty Strategy & Execution. This key leadership role will oversee a growing consulting services team, own full P&L responsibility, and evolve loyalty managed services from executional support to strategic impact. The Director will shape the roadmap, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to position loyalty services as a competitive advantage. The ideal candidate has deep loyalty program expertise, SaaS or restaurant industry experience, strong business acumen, and proven success scaling teams and service delivery models. This remote role offers a chance to drive revenue growth, innovate service offerings, and represent PAR in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the roadmap for managed loyalty services aligned with product strategy

• Own P&L including revenue, margin, and profitability

• Develop scalable pricing models and service tiers

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams

• Serve as executive sponsor for key client accounts and ensure measurable ROI

• Lead and scale a team of strategists, campaign managers, analysts, and partners

• Drive innovation through automation and hybrid resourcing

• Represent PAR externally through events and thought leadership

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in professional services, loyalty strategy, or managed services, preferably SaaS or digital agencies

• Expertise in restaurant industry loyalty programs and guest behavior economics

• Proven P&L ownership with revenue growth and margin expansion

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and scaling operations

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

• Proficiency with Salesforce, BI tools, loyalty platforms, and campaign analytics
